Who we are
Vibra Stone Capital Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17235796, registered office 1 Lyric Square, London, England, W6 0NB.

What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, that means:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number, if you give it
- The address or postcode of a property, if you send one
- Whatever else you write in your message
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts on this website, so we do not build a profile of your visit. If you use the contact form, what you type is sent to Formspree, who deliver it to us — see "Who we share it with" below. See our cookie notice.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and to keep the site running. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare retains such logs for a short period under its own policy and we do not access them routinely.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to you and consider a property. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — running a property business and responding to people who approach us.
- To keep records of a transaction, if one follows. Legal obligation and legitimate interests.
- To keep the website secure. Legitimate interests.
We will not add you to a mailing list, send you marketing you have not asked for, or use your details for any purpose other than the one you contacted us about.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except: our hosting and form providers, who process data on our behalf under contract; and our professional advisers, or a public authority, where we are legally required to disclose it. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Our processors are: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and delivery, via Cloudflare Pages) and Formspree, Inc. (which receives the contact form and passes it to our inbox). Formspree is based in the United States and stores submissions on its servers so that we can retrieve them. Both providers may process data outside the United Kingdom; those transfers are covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere: twelve months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Records relating to a completed purchase: for as long as we own the property and for six years afterwards, to meet tax and legal requirements.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability where it applies. Write to us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by telephone on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top.
