A partner property: a country house in Dipignano, in the hills above Cosenza, operated by Vibra Consulting Limited and therefore under common ownership with Vibra Stone Capital. Three rooms, a garden, a view over the Sila Grande. Running it means guests, maintenance, bookings and the quiet months — which is where a good deal of what we know about looking after a building comes from.

MDM Bali Management — Indonesia
PT. Emdiem Bali Management, based in Kuta, Bali, is our partner for Indonesian real estate and investment matters. Its practice covers regulatory licensing, asset and investment management, and import and export operations, and it has a dedicated real estate and investment division. A director of Vibra Stone Capital also holds a role at MDM, so this is a related party rather than an arm's-length referral.
